We are a company specialising in technical consulting, development and project management for freight railcars. We have more than 15 years of experience managing new production, repair and revision projects for freight wagons. Our long-standing practice covers not only manufacturing and technical project management, but also comprehensive investment projects in freight rail transport. Our expertise and careful approach let us deliver top-tier services and tailor-made solutions to our clients.
We work long-term with manufacturing and service companies in the Czech Republic and abroad, acting as consultant, investor representative and partner in delivering specific projects. We provide technical supervision and acceptance inspections in new production, manage repairs and revisions of wagons under VPI standards and for entities in charge of maintenance (ECM), and audit manufacturing processes under ISO 9001, EN 15085 and EN ISO 3834. In doing so we cooperate with the renowned certification body Bureau Veritas.
Alongside project management, we carry out our own research and development. Using SolidWorks we design freight wagons and steel structures, verify them with strength and fatigue calculations using the finite element method, and guide them through the full homologation process under TSI WAG up to the application to ERA or the Czech Rail Authority. As welding engineers and technologists we also provide welding consultancy. For our clients we supply castings, forgings and other made-to-order components from European and non-European partners.
Thanks to our partnership with the Department of Material Science at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Technical University of Liberec, we offer independent material testing of components and help train the next generation of railway specialists. We also help manufacturing and service companies deploy artificial intelligence and automation tools, from digitised acceptance protocols to MES systems.
