We specialise in the design of freight railway wagons and steel structures, with an emphasis on high quality and reliability. Using SolidWorks and drawing on many years of experience in the field, we develop modern and innovative solutions that meet all safety and technical standards.
We carry out calculations using the Finite Element Method (FEM), a numerical method for problems that are difficult or impossible to solve analytically, typically stress and fatigue. The method divides a complex product into smaller, simpler parts called elements. Each element is defined by its nodes, and the relationships between them, such as displacements or stresses, are then determined.
We prepare the complete documentation for every phase of homologation and certification of freight wagons, special vehicles, bogies and axle-box housings. We assist with the certification and inspection itself and prepare applications to ERA or the Czech Rail Authority (DÚ) via the OSS web portal. To make homologation a success, we also propose the essential type tests of wagons, bogies and axle-box housings required under TSI WAG, arrange them at test laboratories or on a test ring, and can attend the tests if needed.
